How Cancellations and Rescheduling Work
To keep operations efficient and ensure fair access to all, WorkBee’s system requires a full cancellation of your original booking if you wish to reschedule. This frees up your slot for the next client. Once cancelled, you may rebook a new time immediately through Thabo, our AI assistant.
The minimum notice period for cancellations is determined by each individual business using WorkBee. Please check with your service provider for their specific policy. All personal information is handled in line with POPIA and bookings are securely processed on behalf of our business clients.
